This tour was awesome. We, that is a group of approximately 15 people, absolutely loved it. The tour included many amazing stops such as feeding the holy cows, sipping a lovely cup of tea at Sahu tea shop in the old city, visiting the colourful vegetable and flower market , attending a temple ceremony and enjoying a glass of delicious lassi. We also appreciated having such a wonderful and lovely guide, Umesh, who explained everything so well and who made sure we all felt comfortable. We were all very happy to have had him as our tour guide. Let me finish by saying that we can only very strongly recommend this tour to everyone!More

We did two trips with LeTourdeIndia in Jaipur and they were both real highlights of our time in Rajasthan.

First we did the Morning Tour with Umesh. It was an early start but well worth it to be able to ride around the city before there was too much traffic. The tour included two experiences I will never forget. First we visited a park where Umesh introduced us to a group of gentlemen who practised laughing yoga every morning. Before we knew it we were in the “laughter ring” and starting the day differently to any I have done before! Then we headed to a large Hindu temple to catch the last 10 minutes of the morning service there. The place was packed out, and hearing the singing and chanting of 500-odd people was a real joy and quite moving. We also visited various markets had some great food and lassis . To be honest, there wasn’t a huge amount of cycling, but we saw and experienced a lot and Umesh was a very informative and enthusiastic guide.More

This was a brilliant tour on a bicycle at sunrise in Jaipur with really outstanding tourleaders. The highlight for us was being with such lovely friendly guides who were very knowledgable and personable and looked out for our safety throughout. The tour takes in such a lot – and all of it is a surprise. What was particularly great was the diversity of sites and experiences that were included in the tour. Our favourite parts were the laughing yoga, joining in with Hindu morning prayer at a temple and sampling snacks on the street and wonderful chai and lassi (the best we had in India). More

We are a retired Australian couple (69 & 70) who signed up for this tour via GAdventures before leaving Australia. After seeing Indian traffic we wondered if we would manage but the early morning start and expert guidance by Umesh and his assistant ensured that we felt safe throughout the experience, even when the traffic was getting busy. We enjoyed it all, from feeding the cow for good karma to chai and breakfast samosas on the street.More
