WOW WOW WOW. I cannot overstate how brilliant this tour was. Archit’s passion for conventional traditional Architecture – much like the passion of the engineers and kings who built Rajasthan’s grand structures – makes it a unique experience. In more traditional parlance, it is simply unmissable. More
This evening was one of the best I ever had in India.
Archit, Amman and Himmat are great tour guides and bring you to places that you would not know and find by yourself. I recommend this tour highly. Thank you Archit, Amman and Himmat More

I absolutely recommend this tour. My guide took my to an endless number of corners I never would have discovered, we sampled phantastic food and snacks, and he was able to answer all of my nerdy questions about architecture, local trade, life in Jaipur, it’s history.More
Excellent tour led by Archit. As an architect by trade, he was able to reveal hidden gems in the city and give context to its planning. He also gave context to the changing nature of the city and the efforts at restoration and preserving historical attributes of Jaipur. The tour started at about the stated time and ended at the stated time. More
Words are less to elaborate this unique heritage walk.
This has been one of the best guided heritage walk I have ever done in my life. I am a heritage walk enthusiast and try to do one, if available in every place I go to, and this has been one of the best of all.More

With great enthusiasm and clear information and insights about life in Jaipur and this region, the guide led me to artisans creating marble statues, wrist bangles, colorful clothing, shoes (I bought a new belt for under $2), crossing busy streets (which requires some courage) — like having a personal guide, guard, and lecturer.More
We know the lively jaipur through a night tour! I thought it’s simply walk , but exceed my expectations!
The tour guide told vivid stories, walked and visited every historical alley, and saw with our own eyes the precious technology and life forms. The tour was a real highlight for me and Archit showed us his personal side of Jaipur. We saw beautiful backyards, temples, ancient crafts, beautifully lit buildings and ate typical Jaipur food in clean places. I see the city with different eyes now and would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Jaipur.More
Thanks to Archit we had a great time during the tour of old Jaipur. He has an incredible knowledge about the city and the architecture, which he shared with us with great enthusiasm. We were able to marvel at many different crafts and taste some incredibly good food. I could ask Archit anything and he always had a logical answer.

We saw Jaipur by night, which we would not have explored together with our four children (aged 7, 10, 11 and 13). Thanks to Umesh we looked down on the busy streets from rooftops and also walked through all the old bazaars. They girls especially loved trying on turbans and wedding dresses. The street food we tasted was so delicious and really filled us up, obviously the kulfi was the biggest hit with the children. Umesh used every opportunity to help us to engage with locals and at the end we even were special guests at a birthday party.More
We truly enjoyed our tour with Omesh – he is very passionate and personable. We heard great stories and history throughout the tour. I felt so informed about Jaipur’s history and culture. We tasted local foods, went through shopping streets, craftsmen and all the other hidden treasures of Jaipur! Finish with the night time view from the rooftops of the pink buildings. A must do tour when in Jaipur!More
This tour gives a great insight into the lives & livelihood of the people in Jaipur. We had a great tour with Umesh through the artist’s streets, through the wedding dress shop streets & into little hidden gems throughout the city. We also ate like a local throughout the whole tour, trying different sweet foods & snacks that Jaipur has to offer!More

I booked onto the 3 hour morning cycle in advance of my trip, but once in India decided I’d get a better feel for the cities I visited through tours (and would feel more comfortable as a solo female), so booked the evening walk on the same day. I had the same guide as in the morning – Umesh – and it was only me on the tour. Umesh knows so much about the city and the culture of India and he loves to tell a story so you get a real insight into the life and history of the country, way beyond what you’d read in a guidebook.More

This tour gave me a peculiar experience of Jaipur (mainly old Jaipur city) and I could meet real heroes behind great sculptures, art and Jaipur tradition. Umesh our guide himself maintained enthusiasm throughout the tour and although we exceeded time, both Umesh and his other partner did great to take care of us. Having local food tasting during the tour was one of the highlights for me among other things.More
